Being a customized shirt how long will it take for me to get my shirts?
The custom fit and standard fit shirts are all made to order.  We do not stock any shirts because of the custom nature of all shirts including standard fit shirts.  A new pattern is created for custom fit shirts.  Expect about 2 to 3 weeks before you get your custom fit or standard fit shirts.

How much will my new shirt shrink after laundering?
Very little or none since it pre-washed at the factory. 

 

Existing Customers Re-Ordering Custom Fit Shirts:  You don't have to remember or access your previous measurements.  Simply select "same" in the order where it asks for a specific size.  If you want to change the size, you can select the changed sizing.  All "same" or new measurements are based on your last received shirts.  If you have any questions please send an email for clarification. 

 

 
How do I know what size to get?
See the comprehensive sizing instructions. Please read and follow the measuring instructions before ordering your shirts. You’ll be glad you did.  For the custom fit line, check the order page images.

What if I don’t have a tape measure?
You can use a string or a strap or something similar and then lay out the measurement onto a yardstick or retractable tape measure to get your measurements. For best results, measure twice.  You can also download a printable paper measuring tape from our measurement instructions page.

Can I return my new shirts?
The Custom Fit shirts and Standard Fit shirts are made for you and we will make them to the sizes you specify.  Since they are made only for you they are not refundable.  We have done our best to describe our shirts on this site. We realize that when ordering online you do not have a chance to see the shirts up close before purchase. So if you are not satisfied when you get your shirts you may return them. *Satisfaction Guaranteed* Customer pays return shipping unless we shipped an order that was processed incorrectly or customized not according to order. In that case, we pay return shipping and will ship out the correct order. You choosing an incorrect size is not a reason for us to pay return shipping. You are responsible for selecting the correct size after following the comprehensive but simple sizing instructions. When in doubt or you think you might be between sizes, go to the next larger size. *Returned shirts must be in original packaging and not used, soiled, or washed. Each returned shirt must be in as new condition for potential resale. The bottom line is that we are very reasonable and will listen to your concerns! We appreciate our customers.

How about my privacy? Will you keep my information private? How can I be sure?
We will ALWAYS keep all of your information private and will NEVER share it with 3rd parties. We wont even ask you if we can share your information…period. We value your privacy and you can be sure we will keep your private information private. We sell shirts, not information. Our company name and website information are on the shirt tag so previous customers will always remember where they got their shirts. This is one of our marketing strategies. Also, any testimonials that are published to this website will be de-identified except perhaps for your initials and location. All transactions via credit card transmitted over the internet are done in a secure manner using SSL encryption technology. We never even keep your credit card information.

My company allows me to display my wings that have been embroidered right on my shirt. Can you embroider my wings onto my Custom Pilot Shirts?
We don’t do any embroidery work at this time but if we get enough requests we can certainly go in that direction. If we decide to start embroidery work we would need a sample of what the wings look like embroidered so we could digitize the pattern (if we have not done that design yet).
